YOGA AND ME: A LOVE STORY
​
​
When I first tried yoga as a high school freshman, I instantly fell in love with it! I was thrilled to discover new ways to move my body and experience the mental clarity and focus it brought me.
​
My passion for yoga led me to become a certified yoga teacher at the Sadhana Yoga School in Fiji in 2015. I was eager to share this incredible practice with others.
​
In 2018, I deepened my knowledge and teaching skills by earning my RYT-500 certification from the School Yoga Institute in Peru.
​
Health and wellness have always been important to me. As a certified plant-based nutritionist from Cornell University and a trauma-informed yoga teacher, I enjoy helping others explore the incredible benefits of living a compassionate vegan lifestyle.
My goal is to inspire and enlighten others to make conscious choices that benefit not only their mind, body and spirit but also the environment.
